PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

Navraee makes sure that the delivered items are exactly the same as shown in the displayed pictures on website. Size, color, weight, material and other details are mentioned in the description box of respective items.

Payments

Navraee offers both online and offline (Cash on Delivery) modes of payment.

The payments on www.navraee.com can be made using one of the following options- Netbanking / Card Payment / UPI / Gpay / Paytm / Phonepe / PayPal. In case of Paypal, 10% extra over and above the total order amount will be charged. Kindly mention your contact number in the comments box during account transfers so that we can trace the payment and confirm your order against it.

In case you have made an online payment and due to technical issues, you are not redirected back to the order confirmation page, drop us an email with payment details (Transaction ID), Name and Contact Number as mentioned in the Personal Details form. Upon receipt of payment, we will manually complete your order within 24 hours. We request your patience and cooperation.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Navraee. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Navraee, a brand of Jaipur Jewels Shop, will contact you for order confirmation once your order is received. Confirmed orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days or as communicated during the order placement. If Navraee does not receive your confirmation within 48 hours of order placement, the order will be cancelled.

It takes minimum 3 days and maximum 10 days for order to get delivered after dispatch. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We request your patience and cooperation.

Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Logistics Partner 

We at Navraee (A Brand of Jaipur Jewels Shop.) value our customer’s time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as  Delhivery, DTDC, Ecom Express. The carrier is chosen basis the availability and serviceability in the required pincode. For remote locations not covered by private couriers or locations with certain restrictions, we use Indian Postal Services (for domestic shipments)

Note: If the parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call us +919650536800 or mail us at support@navraee.com mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable, and rates will vary depending on the country. The respective rates will be communicated while placing order for the same. Please contact support at support@navraee.com or +91-9650536800 before placing orders to be delivered on international addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, Navraee will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

Navraee (A Brand of Jaipur Jewels Shop) reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order post confirmation, he/she should either call us at +919650536800 or email us at support@navraee.com by stating the Order No.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.

  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
